Shanna joined The Karras Company in 2006, and specializes in providing the quality customer service and personal attention that clients have come to expect from The Karras Company. She is responsible for all office administration and client-related services, including: opening new accounts, estate settlement, address changes, setting clients up for online account access, beneficiary changes, check requests, and planning client events.

Shanna is a Utah native, initially from West Warren, and now resides with her husband and children in Hooper. Away from the office, Shanna enjoys spending time with her five children, reading a good book, and always having a good house project in-progress.
